"My wife and I stayed in a studio flat for 4 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we cooked our breakfasts at the kitchenette. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. "The Grafton Arms met all expectations. Super friendly staff and modern comfortable rooms (excellent AC!). Great location with access to multiple tube stops and plenty of great dining options nearby. The pub below closes at 10-11, so late night noise is no problem. There is no lift, so the stairs could be challenging for some if you are staying on the 4th or 5th floor. "

"We arrived with a massive family group. Early for a check in. The lift was under repair and the staff was amazing. They accommodated our entire group. They carried everyone’s bags to their rooms. We had a 2 bedroom which was perfect. Complimentary food and beverage in the room fridge. This is a great little hotel perfectly located right next to the train station. Get a High Room Floor to avoid train noise. CHEERS to the Staff!!!!!"

"Wonderful! From the moment that we arrived, the Fitzroy exceeded all of our expectations. Front desk staff and doorman were helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and impeccably kept by the housekeeping crew. Breakfast service staff were courteous and attentive. Definitely visit the restaurant for breakfast, you will not find a more friendly and helpful food service team. Will definitely visit again!"

"I can't say enough about the staff at the Charlotte Street Hotel. They were friendly and attentive. They managed to check me in early after my transatlantic flight. "Stayed one night for a special occasion and the hotel and room were perfect. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean and well appointed with a lovely fresh bathroom ensuite. Check in super quick and they kept our luggage after checkout until early evening for no extra charge so that we didn't have to find storage elsewhere until we travelled home. Breakfast very good with all the foods you might want fresh and well presented. Only point worth noting is that there was no air con - it didn't...

"We have stayed in many hotels and found The Academy to be just like a small, family run hotel. It was excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful, particularly Felix and the ladies in the breakfast room. "Pros: Hotel was situated in an area which felt safe and was surprisingly quiet. Our room was clean and had convenient shelving which we used to keep our luggage organized. The bathroom was well lit and the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very easy walking to a Tesco express, Starbucks, Chipotle, Goodge Street station and bus stops.
