"Brilliant facilities and an exceptional renovation! The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully well-equipped, and come with fantastic premium touches like a Dyson hairdryer, a garment steamer, high-quality linens, and complimentary coffee and water—truly everything you need for a flawless stay. I was initially a bit hesitant to book because the wave of perfect 10/10 reviews seemed almost too good to be true, but Imperial completely blew us away. From the exact moment we walked through the doors until the moment we checked out, everything was absolutely perfect. It rained for most of our trip, and the hotel was so incredibly comfortable and inviting that we actually skipped some of our London sightseeing just to enjoy the room. It was the perfect cozy retreat, and we cannot recommend it enough!"

The room I had on the ground floor was a little noisy with street noise overnight, but generally comfortble. I didn't mind the shared shower, toilet situation and there was a sink in the room. Overall decent value for money for the location and staff were freindly enough."

We would not stay here for a London weekend 'treat' as there's no windows, no surfaces to put things down on - everything is stripped back and simple. Lay some string down the corridors too as it's like a maze!! But we were perfectly happy for a night's stay when we knew we would not be spending any time in the room."

"Clean space, very small. As someone who was used to tiny HK flats, I found the overall rooms to be similar to the tiny HK flats. Wish they could extend the counter into a shelve above the toilet though, the only "storage" / shelving space they have for your toiletries is some limited space below the tiny sink. Also recommend they space their hooks out a bit in the main space. it's very cramped and tough to hook things. they also put some hooks where if you hang stuff, it would get in the way of the door. Overall though, not bad for the central location."
