"My wife and I stayed in a studio flat for 4 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we cooked our breakfasts at the kitchenette. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. "We arrived with a massive family group. Early for a check in. The lift was under repair and the staff was amazing. They accommodated our entire group. They carried everyone’s bags to their rooms. We had a 2 bedroom which was perfect. Complimentary food and beverage in the room fridge. This is a great little hotel perfectly located right next to the train station. Get a High Room Floor to avoid train noise. CHEERS to the Staff!!!!!"

"Wonderful! From the moment that we arrived, the Fitzroy exceeded all of our expectations. Front desk staff and doorman were helpful and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and impeccably kept by the housekeeping crew. Breakfast service staff were courteous and attentive. Definitely visit the restaurant for breakfast, you will not find a more friendly and helpful food service team. Will definitely visit again!"

"The Grafton Arms met all expectations. Super friendly staff and modern comfortable rooms (excellent AC!). Great location with access to multiple tube stops and plenty of great dining options nearby. The pub below closes at 10-11, so late night noise is no problem. There is no lift, so the stairs could be challenging for some if you are staying on the 4th or 5th floor. "

"Stayed one night for a special occasion and the hotel and room were perfect. The room was absolutely spotlessly clean and well appointed with a lovely fresh bathroom ensuite. Check in super quick and they kept our luggage after checkout until early evening for no extra charge so that we didn't have to find storage elsewhere until we travelled home. "We chose this hotel at the last minute due to our previously booked hotel not having air conditioning. The room was only 10 square meters, but the ac worked. The room was very clean and they had a free espresso coffee station in the lobby. It was walking distance to the British Museum, Euston metro station and the St Pancras International train station where we took Eurostar to Paris. "We have stayed in many hotels and found The Academy to be just like a small, family run hotel. It was excellent. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful, particularly Felix and the ladies in the breakfast room. The bar and garden are beautiful and the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay again."
