"Restauranten var MEGET skuffende - baren var nærmest udtømt ! Morgenmadsbuffeten ikke god - spurgte efter champignoner men de var løbet tør den forrige morgen ! Og cacaoen var ligeledes en mangelvare - i vores alle 3 overnatninger - automaten var løbet tør for cacao!! Helt igennem et hotel som var ved at nedlukke ! Havde vi vidst det var et andet hotel blevet valgt"

"I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday...

"The hotel is advertised with aircon, I called to have that confirmed which it was. On arrival the aircon had been broken for over a week, the lady on the desk simply didn’t care obnoxious and ignorant. We had to buy fans for the room and it basically ruined our night"

"location was good for what we needed, close the the DLR. Food was not available when we arrived which was lunch time, but good pub walking distance away . comfy beds and great aircon which is what we needed as weather was extremely hot"

"Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!"

"Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was very pleasant and great. When we got there they stated that they could upgrade our room us to room uñer the seamThe room service menu for after hours should be better. The food was delivered late and it was cold one of the meals was cold.."

"The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good with a good selection , the staff were friendly. I didn’t use the parking facilities."

"Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!"

"Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet."
