Hotel Dekat Thamesmere Leisure Centre and Library

"Overall it was good but it isn't a hotel its like an Airbnb with no front staff ! Its clean and well maintain but seems bit old! There's no AC or Fan so during summer it can be little hot! The cleanliness is good but due to it being old things seems bit dirty!"

"Great location for a trip Very helpful staff"

"Ontbijt matig goede schone en ruime kamers prijs kwaliteit prima"

"The host was very warm and welcoming, the location was easy to get to by train and the freshly prepared breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely clean room very surprised about how much it was i felt like i could of paid more would come back"

"Clean room. Nice breakfast"

"I booked a deluxe studio but hadn’t realised from the pictures when booking on a phone that the shower opened directly into the main room at the end of the bed. It was only when I stretched the pictures when looking back at my room choice that I could see this. The toilet and sink were at the other side of the room in a very...

"Ideal location for ABBA Voyage, room was spotless and comfortable + staff very helpful"

"A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff. A greater breakfast. Highly recommended 👍"

"The housekeeping staff is exceptional. The room id cleaned thoroughly, and I appreciate the excellent service. However, the paid parking is extremely frustrating and feels like a rip-off. After already paying a substantial amount for the hotel, having to spend close to £80 per day on parking is unreasonable, especially for guests who need to leave and return to the hotel three or four times a day. Based on my experience, the price I paid for the junior suite was far too high considering the...

"There are two elevators to get into the hotel - one was broken for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. There technically are stairs too but when we asked they were locked. Hotel itself is beautiful, especially having a room on the river side. However we stayed during the comiccon weekend and felt judged?? The service was poor, no enthusiasm to do anything - at one point we had a dinner at the bar and asked for a box to take our leftover pizza with us. We were told thats not an option and the guy...

"Great location & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Bar always seemed to be understaffed however. A little tired decor wise but the rooms were clean."

"Great location for music!"
