"Stayed for one night while attending a concert at the O2 and it was exactly what we needed. Great location right next to the airport, with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. The bed was spot on after a long day. There’s a bus stop just around the corner which made getting to the venue really easy, especially as the tubes were on strike at the time. Ideal for a short stay and would happily return."

"They cannot cook eggs for breakfast, otherwise food was good. 1 lift was not working and the other very slow. We had a maintenance issue in the room and was told no maintenance work at the weekend. We were offered a room change which is very annoying. Otherwise a good stay."

"Great hotel, rooms are basic but clean and away from the main pub so quiet. Staff really helpful and friendly, breakfast and pub food really nice. 40 mins from central London and very to the station "

"So upon arriving we didn’t realise that the spa wasn’t included in the already high price we paid , so paid another £40 to use the spa and pool , along with a further £100 as a holding deposit again not a problem just unexpected, once checked in we soon realised that this hotel was far from what we expected, to begin with the large luxury bed turned out to be 2 single beds and mattress pushed together, the room was really hot obviously not air conditioned, nor a fan in the room, so walked to reception asked for a fan , the receptionist explained that they don’t have any to hand but will try to find one , which credit to her she did but trouble was it was a builders style fan so really noisy,, then looking closer at room we noticed cobwebs, and faded headboard, and just a general grubby feel to the room in general, also the shower absolutely soaks the bathroom floor no matter what you do ,, there was a coffee machine in room yet no instructions on how to use ,also the lovely view they promised was far from what we got ,, after checking out the following day feeling very unrested and really disappointed with our stay I called the hotel spoke to management, who said they was aware of the 2 single beds pushed together, said they would look at cleanliness etc , and offered a 25% refund which quite frankly was insulting to say they least , with that was told that they would speak to head office and get back to me still waiting, so all I will say is if you’re thinking of booking dnt"

"This was a quick stop over on a work trip. All I needed was a clean bed and bathroom and that’s what I got. Yes it’s dated and there’s no fanciness but you get what you pay for! Staff very polite and helpful. Big thanks!"

"The reservation was made by my employer. Upon arrival at the hotel I approached the reception to register. The receptionist asked for ID. This was provided. Unfortunatly the passposrt was out of date. Becasue of this my booking was not accepted. "

"In my room the air con did not work, and the window was on to the main road so it was quite loud. The bed was actually really comfortable, but the shower was not great. The location next to the airport was very convenient. So quite a mixed review."
