"The staff are very helpful. The room is very clean. But the AC is noisy. Besides AC, everything is good. Please be aware that this is not Hilton level hotel. There is a Hilton hotel around airport. Do not take wrong shuttle, please take “Hilton Garden Inn” shuttle, rather than “Hilton” one."

"Staff was on point. I didn’t like that. What I did not like is the fact that I reserved a room with view on the water but I got a room with view of the street I drove in to get to the hotel when I paid extra for that room. I didn’t like it a bit. Also when my wife got to the room, there was no water. We went down to but water and they didn’t have any, very disappointed. Staff was on point"

"Good value at peak booking period (others were inflated/fully booked). Booked double queen accessible room; biggest need was shower/toilet bars to assist w/safety. They switched me to a King for that (not a big deal, glad to get it). Room was noisy (lots of ambient external/HVAC noise). No bench outside main entrance to wait for Lyfts; also had to walk a ways to a side entrance for a bench to sit on outside to vape. Coffee maker in room was NOT K-cup compatible (I bring my K-Cups w/me, so, ugh);...

The customer is generally supposed to fend for one's self, including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, finding cups for the room, locating an iron, scheduling maid service. The surface of the shower stall does not have a non slip surface and was quite dangerous once wet. The room is the width of a king size bed. "I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"
