Very great place to stay at when traveling for a weekend trip. The staff were amazing & friendly. The hotel itself had a lot of nice amenities & very cool views. The room was very clean & exceeded my expectations. Also, the hotel is near a lot of places to eat.

This hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The check in process was easy, we were able to get in a little early. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was the most unique hotel I've been to, very modern but very lowkey. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there are a lot of amenities. Also right next to North Station and a lot of Boston restaurants, comfortable distance from the wharf and aquarium. Would stay here again.

Modern layout. This hotel was 2 mins from the North End train station. It is a super convenient location. You could walk to everything if you wanted to. I would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel. I love the style of the rooms and the environment of the lounge area. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we were checking out, one of the concierges working the check-in area asked us about our stay, if we had been before, etc. We hadn't purchased a breakfast plan, so she offered us to stay and eat the buffet style breakfast and have coffees on the hotel. The buffet was excellent and the cafe Americano the bartender made for us were perfect. Can't wait to stay at this neat hotel again.

Through several delays and cancellations, we were forced to have an unexpected overnight stay in Boston. It was the best 24 hour StayCation ever! This hotel was so adorable! From the unique check-in experience to the huge soft beds to the delicious bar options that even to a fabulous breakfast. We totally enjoyed our stay! We will visit again and look for more locations in other states!

We had a wonderful time at Citizen M. Delicious breakfast, nice work spaces, the coolest rooms ever and the best views and location. Steps away from the North End and Faneuil Hall. Best staff too. Can’t wait to visit again.
