Hotel Dekat Bedford Public Library

"There were issues with the cleanliness of the first room. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even when there were no smoking signs everywhere. The second room was cleaner but there were still stains on the towels. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a waffle maker and storebought muffins with cereal and coffee. They also charge for parking. Has potential to be a charming place, but need some work and a thorough cleaning. I probably will not be returning."

"So the breakfast lacked protein like bacon or sausage and came with powdered eggs….it was kinda gross but if you can actually eat waffles you can make your own so that’s good. The room was new and clean but the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter taking off. I got over it and the staff was good. I would recommend if your just looking for a bed and hot shower."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. All around a great hotel for an amazing price. They provided a free shuttle to and from lahey hospital also a free shuttle to drop you at neighbouring shopping areas and picked you up. The room was very clean and smelt fresh! It was convenient to have the buffet breakfast; that was included in the price. The front desk wound arrange a driver to take you to the airport if you required."

"This was a great location for us while doing some historical tours in the area. The location is easy to find and staff very pleasant. The hallways and room were exceptionally clean. We wished the pool was open and wish the elevator didn't have an odd smell but definitely giving this a rating of excellent based on the vibe and cleanliness. (Side note the bed was more comfortable than home!)"

"I told the front desk I would like extended check out and was told I had till 12. At 9:30 someone opened my door while I was about to take a shower. Thank god my boyfriend had the door lock on!!!! Felt extremely unsafe. How would you feel if some strangler just walks into your room. Even if it was housekeeping you can’t just do that. They did not knock or anything.Then around 11:00am we get a knock from housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and was told we had till 12...

"This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel very well maintained very clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. I am in a wheelchair and could not access the continental breakfast area to make a waffle and every day an employee helped me. For other disabled guest, I will say that the coffee area and the breakfast area are definitely not handicapped accessible so if you come here, ask for help"
