"This was one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It felt more like a temporary spare bed than a proper hotel bed, and every movement from one person would immediately wake the other. As a result, we barely slept during our stay. The room was also quite noisy, making it even more difficult to get a good night’s rest. "It's an older property now, and my wife and I have been coming here for a very long time. We love how conveniently located it is between Concord and Lexington. On our last visit in May 2026, it helped to have front desk personnel like Benson, who went out of his way in helping us get the right room when our original choice did not work out. "Staff very helpful & friendly. Location fine but need a car as nothing walking distance away. Only disappointment was breakfast - very limited choices and didn't look appetising (so we ate elsewhere)"

"Rugs in the room need to be DEEP CLEAN!! The cabinets need to be fixed as well. Toilet should had been cleaned. Hallways smell like SH**Or Musty. Overall- the room space was amazing. Love the kitchen area and the door that divide the rooms. Refrigerator was clean along w the kitchen supply items. "
