"They put our room next to the garbage storage room. There was banging and noise going on in that room our whole stay. The fan in the bathroom never worked. The light in the bathroom went out after our third night. We were away for a concert for more than 6 hours. When we came back the room still hadn't been cleaned and we were out of linens. Don't think we'll stay there again. Very disappointed especially for the expensive price."

"We arrived to the Hotel they had only one non smoking room available.... Second issue we had no hot water. It was brought to our attention that there was an issue for the above floors in the tower we stayed in that someone left water on. this was not communicated to me or my guests at any time ..... Cold showers for everyone and the room sheets in the non smoking side smelled like cigarettes. It was a frustrating trip"
