"Everything was great. My family and I had an amazing time, until we got locked out of our room because the battery died on the door and our key wouldn’t work. My family and I were locked out of the room from 11:30pm till 1am in the morning. And we had two toddlers, two kids, and three adults. And it very upsetting since the kids couldn’t sleep or go in to the room and lay down. "
