"Everything was first class, from the check in at reception, to the splendid room. To the Bar and restaurant and then the ease of parking and check out!! Clean, tidy and efficient and at a great location for access to local shops and easy access in and out to the A38 Plymouth Parkway!! Will definitely be staying there again!! They could however improve the beds. They need replacing with more modern ones like other hotels already have done."

"Stayed here several times as I far prefer traditional hotels. Good single rooms, comfortable beds , friendly and professional staff and on site parking. The hotel is within walking distance of the central shopping area, theatres, hoe and waterfront.Has a pool,gym and brasserie. Looking forward to my next visit."

"Hotel a bit tired. Our air con didn't work, tried calling reception several times, no answer. Walked down to reception and only one person on desk, took a while to speak to them as dealing with another customer. Said they'd get someone up to room within 45 mins, they didn't. Had to go back down to reception, they gave us a key for an identical room the floor below. This room had bottles of water and biscuits which our original room didn't. The parking is awful.
