"We chose Montmartre because we only had 1.5 days in Paris. Wanted something that wasn't too far from the airport, but would also give us easy access to the main attractions. We also wanted to be in more of a neighborhood than a tourist area.
The hotel is not marked well, even our taxi driver wasn't sure if he was dropping us off in the correct spot. We did like the neighborhood. Lots of local places to eat and grab drinks, we really enjoyed that. It felt safe (as far as large city safe...

"Wonderful property. Several supermarkets (either beautiful wine prices) and cafes/restaurants just a stones throw away. Lovely neighborhood of Montmartre with Sacré Coeur and Moulin Rouge in walkable distances. Train lines are really close too. The room comes with air conditioning for cold/heat, important around this time of year. Extremely clean. Staff was VERY nice and helpful. Airport shuttle was only 20 euros. Would recommend."

"I had a very nice time at Maison La Boheme. But, you need to be aware of a couple of things.
Because this is an "aparthotel," it means there is no front desk, no interaction with a front office staff, and nowhere to go if you want to ask anything in person. There's a concierge, who is reachably by email. It's more of an apartment, rather than a hotel, and if you like that sort of thing, you'll love this place.
I was on the top floor (of three floors), and there's no lift. 35 steps to get up to...

"I was very concerned about the hotel being located in the entertainment area (Pigalle) and between those two shops after reading the reviews but decided to book it because it is just south of Montmartre. "The shower situation was not great. The shower head was kinda leaky. There was curtain. You’d either create a mess or shower sitting down. Other than that, everything was great. The location, apartment itself — all great!"

"For the price that I paid, I do not have so many complaints about the hotel. Especially the Eiffel Tower view from my room was amazing. The housekeeping was really good (trust me I have been to many hotels). They kept your room in order. LOL. Love it.
I felt like the male receptionist at night could have been friendlier. The communication in the email before my check-in was a bit difficult and not responsive. These are the only things I would advise the hotel to improve."
