"This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I LOVE IT. the hotel is super clean and smells amazing!!! The breakfast is great too but above that. The staff are absolutely fantastic!! I stayed on the eve of my birthday and they made me feel super special. They really did make sure I had a great time. I had birthday cake on the roof and also they sent me a cake at breakfast with a candle in it. The staff honestly made my time there extra special. Thank you all "

"Nice, friendly staff. Rooms are quite comfortable. My bathroom had a nice tub and pretty spacey. Standard breakfast buffet ( eggs, sausages, ham and cheese, bread, and croissants and other sweet options). Location is great, on a small street 50 meters from Naviglio Grande. If you go by car, be advised you cannot drive all the way to the hotel entrance, as that street has restricted circulation inside a Limited traffic zone."

"Our stay was amazing from the moment we walked into the hotel. The team was perfect at check-in, giving us all the information we needed and being incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We checked in together with friends who were also staying at the hotel, and I was really happy to see that the staff member assisting them was just as kind and attentive, it truly showed how special and consistent the team is. Our room was great: very spacious, well equipped, and absolutely beautiful....

"This property is located beside the canal with lots of dining options nearby. The canal is full of nightlife, but the apartment is very quiet. There is an elevator for easy access. Everyone is extremely helpful. Although you cannot normally drive directly to the door, in the morning you can drive into the walk beside the canal and unload baggage. Taxi can also take you to the front door to load or unload luggage in the morning when traffic is light."

"We had a great stay at the Casale apartment! The unit is exactly as represented, clean and updated, safe and secure (and great A/C). The staff was excellent and easy to communicate with, they provided some really nice extras to make the stay great. Location is perfect in the heart of Navigli, it's down a side street, a 2 minute walk to the center of everything, a 1 minute walk to a metro station and tram stop just around the corner. "Lovely clean and modern room! Less than 15 minutes to city center making walking places easy. The host is lovely! Very quick to respond and super helpful! A lovely place to stay would very much recommend. Small niceties are also included in the bathroom and coffee station. "
