"The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled...

"This hotel is in a great and walkable location. Rooms are comfortable and very quiet. It was hot in Milan and unfortunately the AC in the room did not get very cold.Some areas like the roof deck and gym are not super well maintained but overall it was clean and nice. The only downside was the staff. They were so unhelpful - could not give us any recommendations for nearby restaurants or coffee, getting to the metro or really anything we asked. They seemed put out if we asked anything (and we didn’t ask much!) and they did not tell us about the complementary afternoon apertivo - another guest did. So I would say they need more staff training or a concierge on staff to be more helpful to guests."
