"From the minute we walked into the hotel, we were treated like queens and kings. The entire staff was attentive, kind and friendly at all times. We had a dilemma with our rental car company and the staff at Papagayo Golden Palms helped us by shuttling us to our tours. The entire staff, Mauricio, Natalie, JeJey, Andrea, Sergio and a few more were great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The premises were beautiful, quiet, serene and very clean. Treat yourself to the wonderful hotel!"

"The team at the property were ALL excellent - thank you. The property is accessed via an unmade road which was hard work for our small hire car - but because it was a hire car it made it through. The facilities are good. I tried the canopy walk, river slide, zip line and hot springs, all of which were very good.
