"The resort is beautiful, loved the set up and the grounds , service in the restaurant is very good , food is reasonably priced . We really enjoyed the 2 nights/days we have stayed on the resort . Beautiful birds on the property, you can see spider monkeys next to the pool . We enjoyed the thermals . The employees at the reception were very nice too."

There were things advertised for that were not available like all day coffee and tea; room service; inability to bill your room for food in the restaurant. The gift shops were great. The room could have been better. There was no microwave nor an amoir to hang coats and put away clothes. Rewards amount wasn't given or clear.
