"The hotel is very nice and beautiful, the staff were excellent and courteous, very helpful and friendly. The shows were great and the food was very good too. Will recommend, and will go back for next year spring break. "

"The rooms upon arrival need to be inspected. I had to room change multiple times, 1st room was dirty and the 2nd room had a broken tv with no tube curtain. They did come quickly to address the issue with the TV, however after traveling over 8 hours and multiple trips to the front desk more than an apology was expected. The bar, pool and restaurant staff were very pleasant. The food could use an overhaul and update the entertainment. Transportation should also be provided or at least cheaper than...

"The pictures looked nothing like the resort. The resort was run down, every lounger was broken, hammocks had holes etc. The room was not the cleanest- mirrors had a thick film, perimeter + corners all had debris. The food in the pictures did not exist and in fact the food was awful! It was the same everyday, beans rice + meat. The view however was amazing, the staff was great and the drinks were nice and stiff. "

"Great beach. Coarse shell sand but still ok on bare feet. Not overly busy and right off the resort. Waves not really big enough to boogie board on but good for smaller kids to play. Pool is very nice with lots of lounging areas. Entertainment area with pool tables, ping pong and fooseball - great for kids/teens. Spacious and quiet rooms with great amenities. "The pool view was amazing. Food and drinks were good and the shuttle into town was a lovely addition so we could go out for dinner. Every room has a view as well. "

"Overalls a decent trip and all serving staff and welcoming staff were wonderful. Our concierge Kevin was very helpfull and available. Food was good! I was disappointed in the replenishment of drinks and snacks in our room…the last day we had no face clothes replaced and the hotel lotion bottle not replaced. To me these little things that moved my rating down…outside of that it was a really good experience. "

"The ocean in the area had a stinging creatures which made it non-enjoyable. We had to go to a neighboring town to swim in the ocean. The locals said that these creatures are present in the ocean from November till April. The pool at the hotel is relatively small: only 5-6 people would fit comfortably in it. "
