"Great location, spacious room, friendly staff"

"What stood out ? The front desk staff - Matthew…. Hope I am spelling it right ! He has an excellent customer service skill. Absolutely outstanding . Warm, bubbly, informative, helpful. Actually I am speechless. We need more people with such attitude in today’s world . The rooms- they smell fresh when you enter, very clean , all amenities available , very comfortable . Our first night was a bit difficult . Turns out the hotel has thin walls . It was not at all their fault . It was next door...

"I didn’t feel great being said you won’t get your room until 4, sent on fool’s errand for a few hours just to be told, yeah, your room is still not ready, at 4:20… But, the rest of stay was pleasant enough to convince me, I’ll be back there soon! The pool was more than great."
