"If you aren’t skiing I wouldn’t recommend. Staff is super nice but getting to and from your room is a bit of a pain. If Gondolas aren’t running you could wait 30-45 min for a shuttle. There is also no self laundry and zero storage space in the rooms to put clothes."

"Well thought out design and run well. Not a chain hotel. Sells out quickly because limited number of rooms. Very clean. Breakfast buffet also done well with enough variety. Right in Banff town center and walkable to restaurants and stores."

"This hotel is in the heart of Banff National Park, so we expected the staff to be knowledgeable and provide helpful information to guests. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. We only found out near the end of our trip that the hotel offers complimentary local bus passes for guests. Had this been mentioned at check-in, we could have used Banff's excellent public transportation instead of driving two separate vehicles around town.
