"Staff were extremely friendly, they even sent a btl of wine to the cabin as a birthday gift...So kind of them... The cabin was very clean...Only reason i gave it an overall 3 stars was because the cabin had an old musty odour i'm assuming dutch is because of the age of the cabins... As well, it's a little bit of a tourist trap, lots of buses and people pulling in to walk the Canyon and I do prefer privacy versus lots of tourists..Hence the 3 stars, but overall rooms were clean. Shower was hot....

"Location is perfect. Staff was very professional, cheerful and wanting to help. The restaurant was amazing, and the accommodations were clean and of good quality. The rooftop hot tubs were in a bad state of repair. Making them a feature on the webpage is a big mistake. They were the only substandard feature in the hotel. Everything else's was top drawer. I'd definitely go again. Parking was no problem on the first week of May."
