"Workers especially Nathan were super friendly. Parking can be a problem. Chairs on deck over the river were very comfortable. We walked into Gatlinburg and we are old. The hotel is also on Free Tram route. I would stay here again. "

"We stayed on 5th floor for 2 nights. Love the water creek sound. 2 King beds are comfy. good breakfast. they have two buildings. The 5 floor building is on the other size of river/ cross away from the river. if you want to stay close to the swimming pool and breakfast area/ front desk building, pick the queen size beds. "

"Was very clean, low water pressure in the shower but other than that it was really nice for the price. The front desk was always extremely helpful no matter what we needed couldn’t have found a better place to stay we loved it. "

"Overall it was a great stay the room was clean, quiet and had a balcony with a beach view. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was a little cloudy and warm but overall nice the tiki bar was great "

"The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. The same thing happened the following day. We explained to the manager that we really needed the room done before 5 since we had both a special needs...
