The beds were very comfortable. The housekeeping, not so great. The hotel doesn't provide any service until you are there for 3 days or more. I had to request fresh towels twice for our last day. There was a huge pile of used towels that I thought the cleaning staff would pick up when they delivered new ones, but they didn't. The room could use more lighting and a storage table in the bathroom. The shower was quite nice and worked very well. I like the fact that there was a grab bar installed in the shower/tub.

Make use of your do not disturb signs on the door to avoid house keepers knocking on your door at 9:00am. There was so much noise from the house keepers early in the morning, then at 9:00am they started knocking on your door to ask if you are checking out today like seriously.After checking in so late from a long drive the last thing you need is someone disturbing the Little sleep you are trying to get to continue your journey. The front desk staff kareema was very friendly and helpful to our needs.

Room was clean everything was mostly nice but overall seemed like building was just not the best maintained over time. All vending machines were sold out on every floor and check in took a very long time
