"This is such an odd hotel. It’s basically two new buildings in a gravel parking lot, nothing else around it. It’s a car drive to Seward, so be prepared that once you’re in your room, there’s nothing else around (except for a maintenance truck yard). The rooms themselves were clean and come with a full kitchen. Very functional but it was not “lodgey” at all. It suppose it’d be great if you’re staying a month. "They charged $25 for us to check in 2 hours early, and then room was not cleaned. There were two soda cans containing cigarette buttes left on our king suite's balcony despite it was supposed to be non-smoking, We told a person on front desk to remove the cans, he said he will let the housekeeper know. but no-one came and taken care of issue."

"The property is a bit dated and they do not have many amenities. The staff was wonderful and helpful."

"we rented a room with a patio but all it was was a little spot you could walk outside that had cobwebs and dirt and it was disgusting. I didn’t even want to stand out there so that was a disappointment, but the room was really nice. It was comfortable spacious clean."

"I loved that they had a laundry area for guests that was free to wash and dry. The things I disliked was the room size no where to walk no chair with a back to sit on, the floors were dirty. We spent 3 nights and no one came to bring extra towels or take out the garbage, shade didn’t work you couldn’t put it up or down. We asked someone and they said most of the rooms the shades are broken and the breakfast was just a cold breakfast very small."

"Fantastic staff all around. We had the stargazer tent with the bathroom. Great size tent. Comfy bed. Food was very good- had breakfast a couple mornings and dinner one night. Convenient 30 min drive to the park entrance, hour from flagstaff for dinners out. Would highly recommend overall."
