"I understand why this campground remained mostly empty during our stay. I really didn’t want to leave a poor review, but unfortunately, I feel it’s necessary. The biggest issue was the staff. On three separate occasions, I encountered staff members who were rude, disrespectful, condescending, and unhelpful. I was told they “couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping,” that I would “NEED TO WAIT A MINUTE,” and, when I raised a concern, “you signed a contract.” I’m a grown adult and understand the terms...

"We stayed in the YURT on 8/17/26 and it was so cute. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on in ages!!!! The check in process was a little frustrating at first only because we arrived around 9pm and it was dark. Because Buena Vista is a dark sky community, there isn't a lot of lighting throughout the camp, so it was difficult to see where we were going and what we needed to do in order to get checked in, and where to park once we found the yurt, My only suggestion is to have a couple...
