"Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin."

"Fastest room service I’ve experienced. Had to stop by the front desk to let them know. Couldn’t hang up the phone fast enough before room service was at the door. Water view room was perfect has well as the staff was very helpful. Pleasant stay. Conveniently located near food and shops."

"The service across the entire hotel was top notch (e.g. cleaning crew, front desk, bell hop, valet, etc.). The staff were the standout for this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - right in the heart of downtown Atlanta. The hotel restaurant had pretty good food and was convenient. The hotel gym had great equipment in it. "Excellent chill vibe hotel or romantic getaway. Very calm and relaxing compared to others. The ice rink and bowling area is a fun time for couples or family. The staff are all friendly and the beach area isn’t crowded like many other resorts. If you’re looking for a chill vibe or want to go party elsewhere but have a less hectic atmosphere at your spot this is a great resort."
