The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was just right which is rare. Plus it was half the price of other budget chains. Obviously no onsite new but made to look old pub for breakfast like other hotels but that was ok as there was one at the next motorway junction if you were that keen!"

"Had a lovely nights stay - very comfortable bed, lovely size room with everything we could want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruits and lots of biscuit in the room which was extremely clean. Had a great welcoming from the owners on arrival with freshly baked flap jacks and lots of local knowledge shared. A book regarding the building was also an interesting read. We had breakfast (optional) which consisted of lots cold options, fresh fruits, juices cereals etc. Then a full range for any...

"We stayed at the hotel for one night before a trip to Alton Towers. The staff were really really welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. The room was bright clean and tidy and well maintained. The breakfast was a buffet style and there were plenty of options on offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in the area."
