"We really enjoyed our stay in a superior 2 bedroom cabin, lovely leafy outlook from the cabin, with a view of the creek. Cabin was spacious, clean and well equipped, the only thing it lacked was an oven, though it did have a stove top and microwave, comfy bed, good quality linen and toiletries, comfy sofa and good wifi, easy parking next to the villa. Would definately stay again."

"A pleasant surprise to find somewhere close to all of Wollongong and south to kiama (short drive either way), that was peaceful and quiet at a reasonable rate at Easter time. The on-site restaurant was very reasonably priced and the food was fantastic, as were our host. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times, my wife and I will be staying when in the area again, thanks for an enjoyable stay - we look forward to staying again in the future 👍👍"

"The Coniston Hotel is good value for what it provides and is close to Wollongong. Room was clean; bed comfy. Just be aware they are currently undergoing renovation to the downstairs pub during the week so you may experience noise after 7am. We would stay again. "

"Loved the ambience of this house filled with so many period features. Even better were our hosts David and Lindy who went out of their way to obtain help for me when I fell ill during the night and required hospitalization. The following day, David drove my partner to the hospital to pick me up. A stay at The Laurels is like visiting with old friends, sitting in the living room with other guests of an evening with a glass of wine and a selection of snacks. Breakfast could not have been better....

"We booked an executive king room which we expected and we’re quite disappointed with the room being on level 4 which was the lowest level for this room with outlook directly into units opposite and only slither of ocean view and no views over the district so beware of this. We were advised to check when breakfast would not be busy to attend then, we got it off we got to breakfast around 7:15an and was pretty quite with heaps of tables available. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast was the icing...

"A modern, clean room with a great shower and comfy bed. Within walking distance to town and the beach. A small room but good for one night with easy parking out front. "

"Comfy bed. Clean room. Bathroom had no fan and steams up whole room, also some black mould. No real facilities at the motel. Restaurant is only open Wed-Sun. Cafe in the building is good and very popular. Very close to the beach. Overall, not bad value if you want to be right in the thick of the beach life. 10 mins walk to the Wollongong Nth Surf Club, cafes, restaurants etc."
