"To say I was disappointed to pay top price for 3 nights accomodation only to have my family and I kept awake all Saturday and part Sunday night by a DJ who I’m assuming was associated with the hotel in a venue below. We were on level 9 and the music was ridiculously loud, I don’t recommend families stay or do proper research before booking on a weekend. Also, we booked as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) with “breakfast included” only to be told that it covered 1 adult and had to pay an...

"The staff is fantastic, the lady in charge at the moment of my check in was really lovely and kind. There was a problem in the room I was going to stay and she let me know showed me the options, and I could stay in another room for the night. I felt welcomed and calm with the solution she offered."

"Freshly renovated, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price went up $25 from morning to afternoon on the day I booked but that was my fault for procrastinating. They have on site breakfast available for additional charge but we didn’t eat there."

"Amazing shower - like standing under a hot waterfall after months of rain! Great beds & absolutely incredible view. Only small bug bear was the WiFi - we weren't able to stream a program, it just kept freezing or spinning. Not a biggie, we ended up hot spotting from our phones. Overall would highly recommend, great location, lovely staff & a really enjoyable visit."

"The staff were very welcoming which was great to experience and we actually felt welcomed. The room was clean which was even more amazing after the previous accommodation we had been in for our little holiday. The bathroom did look a bit run down but we also don't expect the bathroom to look like it had just been renovated, may need a bit of a refresh with the silicone in the shower though but overall a good stay for us and we will definitely be coming back again."
