"This property is stunning. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants just below with delicious food. The rooms are filled with natural light. We stayed in the red horse suite, incredible! The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of drinking water in your room when you arrive and a few steps away in the kitchen, you’re able to refill the bottles yourself. In the same space there’s coffee and tea, cookies too. "Clean, quiet and delightful hotel! Breakfast is delicious and made to order. There are a lot of nooks and places to relax with wine and cheese from the European market next door after a long day of exploring. The location is great and very walkable to reforma, museums and parks. The bed is firm but we slept well. The bathroom was nice although they do request toilet paper be thrown in the trash can. Overall we very much enjoyed the staff, hotel and location. "
