"It was a perfect place to stay"

"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"We stayed for 3 days and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 7 AM and waited almost 2 hours for someone to assist us. The day before, I had called and was told to arrive at 7 because someone would help us with our luggage, but no one was available. I repeatedly called the number provided and after many attempts was finally able to speak with the manager, but we were still unable to check in early. "Great boutique hotel! I found it a bit weird that on the first night, after I noticed two empty glasses gone, they mentioned that they prep the rooms for turn down in the evenings. This was not mentioned at check in and the details they claimed to place during this process, such as chocolates and touch ups, were not present."

"Perfectly located at the end of Calle Colima, walkable distance to dozens of bars and restaurants! It was incredibly easy to communicate with Kukun, as they assigned a personal staff member who communicated in English via WhatsApp. Not to mention the property is extremely secure with a doorman and discreet, locked entrance. Can't recommend Casa Colima enough!"

"The property is in a great location in Roma Norte and you can walk many places - it’s a very safe neighborhood. The front desk staff are friendly. The only issue is checking in as you communicate through What’s App and the person may or may not be there.
