"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"We stayed for 3 days and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We arrived at 7 AM and waited almost 2 hours for someone to assist us. The day before, I had called and was told to arrive at 7 because someone would help us with our luggage, but no one was available. I repeatedly called the number provided and after many attempts was finally able to speak with the manager, but we were still unable to check in early. We were told to drop off our luggage and go explore while we waited,...

"Me gustó la ubicación tan cercana al Ángel de la Independencia y pues toda la avenida Paseo de la Reforma. Hay demasiados negocios de comida cerca, farmacias, tiendas, oxxo, incluso en frente hay una fondita y un café con precios accesibles. Hay mucha vida a toda hora en esas calles. La única desventaja es que en la habitación que estuve se escuchaba ruido de la gente y niños que pasaban hablando por fuera, además de los portazos de las otras habitaciones."
