Rooms were spotless and clean, staff were absolutely wonderful. The doorman and anyone working at the desk were super kind. The patio is really cute and the room was spacious. Our only complaint was that the water was cold for our showers.. it only stayed hot for 1 or 2 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities were great and made our visit even more enjoyable. What truly stood out, though, was the staff — they were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel and rooms are extremely clean and look exactly like the photos. I was very impressed. In addition, the staff are wonderful, always pleasant and helpful. The location is walkable to all the hot spots in Roma Norte and Condesa, many sights and amazing restaurants. Definitely have brunch in Cancino and nearby restos that are around plaza de Madrid.

Perfect boutique hotel between Condesa and Roma Norte. My room was clean, cute, and spacious for a studio. And the staff was so helpful and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Location of hotel was great. Only small advice for those light sleeper is that you can hear music noises playing from our room until about 1am due to several near by bar clubs. Other than that, our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The front desk people were so lovely and willing to help us with anything we needed. Plus, the actual property was beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated in Roma Norte near lots of great restaurants and shops. They even have complimentary laundry, which I found to be a huge plus!

Great staff. They were all kind and very helpful. I was on 5th floor. Apartment at night was very noisy. Club across the street playing loud music all night. I stayed 2 nights Tuesday and Wednesday. Sliding glass doors hopeless in blocking out sound. Lighting in the apartment bery bright and harsh. No lamps or soft light possible anywhere. Real shame owners didn’t invest a little more. It would’ve improved guests’ experience considerably.

Had a great stay at Casa Cibeles! The staff were incredibly helpful during my stay, rooms were cleaned quickly, and I appreciated having the ability to laundry facilities during my longer stay. Yes, you will hear music from the neighboring bar at night, but this wasn’t an issue for me. If it is, the team do supply earplugs. For what you’re getting and the neighborhood, I think this factor weighs pretty lightly for me.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Cibeles, it was in a great area, a good grocery market near by. Staff were great attending our needs. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. We are going to stay again there one more night before we go home.

Excellent

This is our second stay at Casa Cibeles and it did not disappoint. The staff is simply wonderful and so attentive. The room is extremely clean with all the amenities you need. I felt that this time around the noise from the nightclub next door was not as loud but my husband did need earplugs to sleep. All in all a 10 out of 10. Look forward to many more stays when visiting CDMX.

Great for family stay

Excellent 2 bedroom 1 bath hotel room. Very well decorated and cleaned daily. Friendly front desk and security guard at the front door 24 hr. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.
