This hotel was honestly the best. it’s right in the middle of everything, walking distance to food spots, shops, bars! definitely recommend staying here. and the staff is AMAZING!!! very helpful and kind! definitely will be staying here again for next time :)

Customer service was very good overall. Front desk always greeted us as we passed by. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the hotel for you. The hotels location could make for a tough night’s sleep with constant honking and sirens from the adjacent intersection.

We had a great time as a family. We got the 2 bedroom. The property it’s self inside the main lobby was very clean and smelled amazing. The number advantage is that its walking distance to all the place my wife searched on her tik tok lol. Our room was very spacious. Has everything you need. The only picky thing was the carpet in the second room where our daughter was going to sleep was very dirty and not vacuumed at all and there is no ac in the actual room so it got hot at night. Also it does get noisy at night we have a sound machine so it didn’t bother us much! Other than that, everything was great would stay here again!

Staff at Innside were super friendly and attentive. The room finishes were poorly done which was a shame. For example, a beautiful stone bathroom throughout yet the shower doors weren’t ideal since after you shower there is a puddle of water outside so by default your towel goes to pick it up, so water waste and a towel you can’t reuse. The location is ideal and in the center of everything Roma Norte but is super congested street so it’s very loud, cars honking all day and night. If you don’t care about noise and can sleep through anything this is the place for you as you can’t beat the value compared to other hotels in the area.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the INSIDE staff and that set the tone for how excellent their service would be our entire stay. From the receptionist to the house keeper to the remolding staff they all went out of their way to treat us with amazing service. Special thank you for Laura for giving us great recommendations, can’t wait to see how much better the hotel will be when the remodel is completed. Next time we’re in Mexico City we will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel was a good center location. When the Cruz Azul won, we had a front row seat to celebrations that took place on Av. Insurgentes. Julio and Alberto were very helpful with a medical emergency. A person in our group requested an ambulance and they went above and beyond to help her and us. We are very appreciative of the entire group that was there during our 6 day stay.

In a greatly accessible part of town across the street from the metro, restaurants and street food. Room was modern and super clean. Very quiet at night with amazing views. We chose the smaller bed which is the only change I would make next time; still very comfortable.

The room seemed clean but my husband told me he had found some hairs on his bed sheets. The location was excellent, very close to a lot of attractions. The price was reasonable for what we got. The staff was amazing, very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
