"The front desk staff were welcoming and so helpful with taxis, information about restaurants and everything. The breakfast on the rooftop was nice and the breakfast staff wonderful too. "The hotel was really modern, cool, and the staff is really nice and kind. The breakfast was varied and tasted really good. The rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you might need during your stay. The neighborhood is okay, doesn’t look as nice in my opinion but the hotel is really close to the train station and has a tramway stop right across the street. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Rome."

"Rooms are spacious. Big praise on the cleanliness of rooms and the whole property, spotless. There is not much in the area around the hotel but they have a shuttle service to the metro station for those wanting to travel to city centre. Breakfast was good value. "

They tried to make our stay a pleasant one even though their A/C had problems in one of their rooms but to fix it we had to be outside our room for more than an hour.
