There’s a lounge/ dining area that I can get tea or water, heat up my food or toast my bread. Three washing machines and three dryers. It’s also very clean before other people get to the bathrooms, toilets and powder room. "

"The mattress was the most comfortable I have had in Japan. Still firm, but with more (appropriate) give than others -- probably what would be considered Firm in the U.S., as opposed to Extra Firm. The staff was English speaking and very helpful. The location is convenient, close to airport transportation and Tennoji Park. The room is slightly bigger than what is typical in Japanese urban centers -- economical but comfortable."
