"Second stay in this hotel, the standards are still very good, the staff are friendly and efficent, the room was excellent with comfortable bed and superb shower. The carpet could do with a gunk removal, but it was mainly clean. The transport links are good to Waterloo and Docklands. Highly recommend it and I will use again."

"Everything about this hotel is exceptional! We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived with the lovely front desk staff searching for the best room with a view for us to the complimentary bottle of Sangiovese that arrived minutes after we had settled in. We had an amazing room overlooking the gardens with a view of the London eye. Complimentary mini bar and a super comfortable bed meant our four day stay in London was perfect! You cannot fault the staff here for their hospitality...

"Nice and modern facilities. We stayed on the underground level, so the room had no windows, but it had air conditioning and good lighting. The room was very clean and well-organized, we had a comfortable and quiet night. In the lobby you can find free coffee and water, and there is also a common area with tables and sofas, suitable for having dinner or working. They offer luggage storage which costs £3 per bag. Sparkling and still water refills available on each landing is a nice touch. We didn't meet many staff this time due to new self check in screens, which was a bit of a shame, but it was a slick process and we would definitely stay again. "
