"The hotel was lovely and it was fairly easy to get to. It was in a convenient location as well. The only downside was that there was an issue with the breakfast room for the duration of our stay so each morning we had to walk over to the sister hotels to get breakfast (not far but a bit annoying)."

"Clean rooms and helpful stuff. We could leave our luggage before check in and stay in the outdoor pool after checkout and take a shower at the pool-house. Very good resturant with a free suttle service nearby. The air conditioner in one room was too weak for summer, in another room was excellent. The 15 euro fee for airport shuttle for one person seem alot since it is a 3 min. drive."

"Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff...

"Hotel Kette had been extensively renovated since we stayed here 30 yrs ago. It is a wonderful place to stay, great breakfast and very conveniently located to all of Venice for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We received an upgraded room overlooking one of the canals and enjoyed watching the gondolas and boats every day."
