"Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect - Central enough to walk or catch the water bus yet somehow quiet enough for when you want to sleep. The staff is great, particularly at reception. Our room came with a bottle of local sparkling wine included and they also give you a bottle of water each every night. "Fantastic service, the staff at the desk are very helpful. They helped and advised on how to get around the area. They even helped in arranging a trip to the Munro Island were I got to see Glass getting made and booked a free water taxi to the island. I found this trip to be more enjoyable than paying €90 for a Gondala.
