"They have text system where you can message the Front desk, its not convenient they respond the following day if you have any questions. And during the day we’re checking in, we were arriving later time I tried calling them, the front desk doesn’t answer their. Also note they clean every other day. "We absolutely loved the condo and the welcoming touches. People left some staples in pantry and we did as well. That was welcome as well. We loved location and everything was just great. The jacuzzi on the "quiet side" Def had chemicals off though. There was zero rain entire time we were there. It was very cloudy and water looked really bad in pictures. Other than that, everything was spot on. People were outstanding and gave exceptional service all around. We would definitely return."

"Bullet points for unit Bay 14B2. VERY soft bed. Great view. Good selection of utensils and condiments but no suger beyond two hotel like coffee packets with sugar pack, stirrer, etc. Three packets of coffee, which was really good. Coffee maker uses basket style filters, which I always want to know because I bring my own coffee. Remote control temp devices took a while to figure out (and never really got it). Got a great price so a very good value. I would definitely stay in this unit...

"We picked this hotel for our son’s senior high school trip. The location is Amazing! The convenience to Whalers, restaurants and the ocean was excellent. We’ve walked by this hotel for so many years and finally booked here. Our room was renovated with contemporary decor. The pool was terrific and they had complementary chairs for the beach. The concierge was extremely accommodating and was able to easily accept our Instacart order. "
