"Nice stay at Lotte city Myeongdong. Very clean, nice staff, modern devices. A/C is very efficient and silent. Location is top notch, close to bus, subway stations and Myeongdong shopping area, while being calm."

"Friendly staff that also seemed to enjoy working with eachother was a big plus for the general vibe. Location was close to line 2 and 1 subway, room was spacious and clean. Good thing about this hotel compared to some others near City Hall was that you could not hear any of the demonstrations and stuff going on there."

"Location-wise: Not bad in Hongdae. But you might want to check the opposite Mercure hotel. The room is small, with only minimal supplies. No toothbrush nor tea bags. Claims to be eco-friendly but with paper cups and plastic bottles? Good toiletries. Lobby on 21/F. Easy check out. "

"I stayed at this property for 10 days with my mom (2 adults) in a small room with a large comfortable king size bed. The room is better suited for 1 person - not enough outlets or outlet on only 1 side, no drawers to put away clothes. This is more of a businsss hotel for a shorter stay. I didn’t use the restaurant because there was no charm for having a drink. I used the business center to get some work done on an open large table. Internet worked great. The gym suited my needs of some weight...

"The hotel is very conveniently located in busy Myeong-dong shopping district. The room condition looks quite old and carpet flooring is not very clean. The front desk staff are friendly but seems to lack motivation. Overall, it is a good stay for my family as we booked a triple room sharing for 4 persons."
