"Despite some minor downsides such as small thin towels and the bathroom showing a bit of age and wear, I would still give this 5 stars because it hits on the things that are most important to me. It has an actual desk area as opposed to a standalone table so you can keep your laptop charging while you work if needed. They provide free bottled water each day (2x Evian and 2x Sparkling in the Deluxe Double room I stayed in). Housekeeping cleaned my room promptly regardless of what time I stepped...

"Well-located, within 5min distance to bus stop, train station, convenience store, connected to a mall and shopping street, a block away from Gyeongbokgung Palace. Facilities are modern, well maintained, super clean, beds are comfortable, water pressure great, with a Japanese toilet. They also have luggage lockers and a weighing scale which was so useful! Absolutely perfect and this will be the hotel I stay in every time I visit Seoul from now on. "

"Location-wise: Not bad in Hongdae. But you might want to check the opposite Mercure hotel. The room is small, with only minimal supplies. No toothbrush nor tea bags. Claims to be eco-friendly but with paper cups and plastic bottles? Good toiletries. Lobby on 21/F. Easy check out. "

"Room was decent size and clean. The hotel is right near the trains station so convenient to transportation. There's also a street with a ton of restaurants two blocks away. Very easy to walk to. Go up to the workout center at the top of the hotel, even if you don't work out, for a great view of the city skyline. And here's the best part, Try the dinner buffet at least once. It's THE BEST of any hotel buffet that we have eaten at and we travel a lot. For the inexpensive price you get...
