"My experience in this property was terrible. Terrible! When we first got our rooms, they gave us the wrong ones. We originally asked for a king bed and two twin size beds, we however got two queen beds instead. When we got a different room, (mind you a floor down) it was filthy. Every surface was covered in dust, the floor was littered with bugs. Oh and not only the floors, the beds, tubs, the windowsill, and the walls. "We love this property, and it was not our first stay. Location is one of the primary assets, but the aloha spirit of the staff is an asset as well. The beds are comfy, the AC is effective, and the cleaning staff is meticulous. We will happily stay here again. The wifi strength varied depending on which building we were in, building A had the best. Otherwise, another great stay."

"Perfect stay for my family! The room was clean and big. Our room had a balcony that right when you walk out it is the pool which my kids loved.
