"Extremely disappointing that parking was so expensive. Valet would have been cheaper than parking in the garage right next to the building. The main entrance was under construction but never disclosed to us so we had to walk through the starbucks and restaurant that doesnt have manual doors with the dolly. The alarm went off due to the shower heat. Disappointing due to the price we paid."

"Beds were super comfortable and the pool and gym were nice. Room service took more than an hour for a couple small meals, but otherwise the food was good. The staff were all very friendly. Great location as well."

"The hotel was adequate, exactly what I expected from a La Quinta in TN... Noisey and smelly, but the attentiveness from the staff definitely made up for it(seriously), the topless gal in the pool was also a bonus.... Need an ego boost, check out the Applebee's two blocks down and realize you're crushing it in life..... All seriousness, kudos to the staff, they made the tears I cried at night a little less salt.... Good ol' Rocky Top, Rocky Top, Tennessee."

I was a late ck-in & nothing was offered to me... if you can't do it g or everyone, don't play favorites and for a few."

"Managers were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was overall cleaned but bathroom needed more attention (shower and floor). Lighting seemed to be fluorescent, regardless it was blindingly bright. Overall, an older property that has been updated relatively well."
