"Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"My room was located on the highest level at the end/corner thus it was quiet and nice. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay. Staff were friendly and helpful in giving suggestion of locations of local food. Great location as walking distance to the Jetty as l need to take the ferry to & from Butterworth to access the train."

"Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. "It was an absolute privilege to stay at Muntri Mews for 3 nights. The room we were appointed was stunning (77D) with a four poster bed (very comfortable) and a lovely large, squishy sofa that was perfect to relax on. We were one skip away jump away from the cafe which served us a delicious breakfast from the menu each morning, which included a glass of fresh orange juice and hot drink of your choice.
