"The bathroom is very clean well equipped and the shower place is very good as water does not leak and wet other parts of the bathroom. However, the room cupboard is very near the bed and hence, not very convenient. Our main concern is that the room does not have a fridge and so not very convenient to stay there for a few days. Otherwise, this will be the hotel of choice for us when we next visit Kuching and we expect to visit Kuching quite often. The hotel does not have its own parking lots so...

"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. Équipe adorable et réactive ainsi que le manager (qui est également celui du Theatre à Kuching, où nous avons séjourné).
