"Great location for easy walking to The Grand Canal and St Marks Square. Staff were really nice, check in was easy and we’d arrived early so left our bags so we could go off and explore. When we came back a few hours later our bags had been taken to our room. Our room was compact but lovely with beautiful furniture and the bed so comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here and get a private water taxi in from the airport! "

"I highly recommend the Hotel . We stayed there for four days before we went on a cruise,The hotel is in the middle of everything going on,Right out the door is a fabulous restaurant with all kinds of shops.As far as the hotel it was great the staff couldn’t do enough for you has plenty of places for you to visit.the breakfast was unbelievable all kinds of food and plenty of room.My room was very clean and if You needed something they took care of you."

"Great location on a canal very close to St. Mark’s Square and ferry stops, but no hotel sign due to historical property legislation so hard to find with only a doormat inside with hotel name and since it is a very small hotel with 14 rooms, employees in the area can’t give directions. Nice courtyard and across from a very good and reasonable restaurant, Roberto’s. "

"Absolutely BEAUTIF hotel and rooms. We had a wonderful stay, they very close to water taxis, shopping, the Rialto bridge, restaurants and a little local grocer. Staff was incredibly helpful and the breakfast is magnificent. We would definitely stay here again."
