"The rooms are very spacious and clean!! It’s very convenient area close to subway line 2 and buses. A lot of restaurants to eat nearby! The staff was great except wish we got help loading and unloading luggages to the hotel room and when we checked out. The only minor thing missing in the room is a full length mirror and there’s no mirrors in the hallway or lobby. "

"The hotel is 3 star but could easily be 4 star. The receptionist were friendly. The only downside was clear communication in terms of on-site restaurant closing times. Another disappointment was that to use terrace, minimum booking is 2 adults which didn't cater for solo travelers. Otherwise it's a great hotel. Would stay there again "

"スーペリアシングルに2泊しました。 歯ブラシ、スリッパなどの備品はありませんが必要なものは揃ってます。 ドライヤー、ポット、USBコンセント、シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディソープ、ハンガーはありました。 掃除は一週間に1回のようです。希望すれば有料で掃除に入ってもらえるみたいですが私は2泊だったので特に必要を感じませんでした。タオルはレセプションで新しいものがもらえます。 一般的なホテルの感覚だとないものが多いと感じますが快適に過ごせました。 レセプションの方の対応がよい印象でした。"

"Location is excellent. Take AirPort Express and the 2nd to last stop, exit 9, hotel is literally right in front of you. Hotel itself is ok, room is very standard. I have stayed here last year too and front desk is friendly. This time, I got a two single bed room and the shower was so ridiculous. It has a tub and shower head. However the glass is only half way, so when I turned on the shower head sprayed everywhere on the floor. There is no way to avoid it, I end up sitting in the bathtub to...
