Hotel Dekat Pusat Komunikasi SM Entertainment

"UH Suite made our stay comfortable. The front desk is great at communicating and were quick to respond. We had a few requests for our group and they were so accommodating and helpful to us. I also appreciated that they helped set up our groups private transportation to the airport. The suite itself provides all essentials to make it homey - fridge/freezer, microwave, glassware/plates. We were a group of 4 so having two bathrooms helps a lot, the suite size is just enough room despite all of...

"What a great find. Services apartment close to COEX for those that need to attend conferences. Great location and near train station. Very new building interior, clean and easy self check in and communication with staff including Ann and Jay. Would book again next time I’m in Seoul. Great for solo travellers staying a little longer."

"Freat hotel near subway #9. Very clean and well managed. Very quiet also."

"A typical 4 star residence hotel, although many websites indicated it to be a 5 star hotel. Room was clean but old, and water pressure is unimpressive. The layout is quite inconvenient, given the fact that the bathroom is pretty far from the bedroom (no access to the bathroom directly from the bedroom). The staff was professional and courteous, although at times they were very busy handling multiple guests and residents (this building is shared by hotel guests and the senior residents). ...

"Everyone was very nice."

"Loved this little hotel/stay. Perfect for two people it’s small but not super small it’s cute amazing location close to everything and the staff was extremely nice and available through what’s app l. Highly recommend! The shower is a wet shower but don’t think it’s bad it works really well and dries quickly! Loved it actually!"

"The stay was great and the room was incredibly nice and cozy."

"The stay was gloomy. The room we had was small. No place to keep 2 medium size luggage. After opening the luggage on the floor at the bed end. Not much space for us to walk. The receptionist was not able to help us get a taxi to the Seoul station after 6 nights staying here. We had to lug our suitcases in the snow to a nearby bus stop to hail a taxi. Not much warmth or welcome atmosphere at this hotel. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurant with amazing and assorted choices of food and very friendly and helpful staff. The room service menu is vast and really delicious."

"- Excellent location, only about a 10-minute walk to COEX Starfield Mall, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment nearby. Although the surrounding area is currently undergoing major redevelopment and some roads are blocked, the hotel remains easily accessible. - Staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the stay. - Spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean rooms. Appreciated the hard flooring instead of carpet, which felt cleaner and more...

"清潔で良かったです！"

"Great location, 700 meters from the airport bus.i have been to Seoul many times, finally a hotel without the muddy smell and leaking issues at this price range. It is on the smaller side but perfect for solo travellers.Could open a 82cm suitcase in the room."
