"Overall, the stay was good, but there was one major issue. The air conditioning in the room was turned off and only the heater was available. Because the room was on a higher floor with a lot of sunlight, the temperature went up to around 30°C, which made it very uncomfortable. I asked the reception for help, and they offered to bring up a fan, but unfortunately it didn’t make much of a difference."

"This hotel was super pet-friendly, which meant every elevator ride came with the delightful possibility of a surprise dog sighting. We weren’t traveling with pets ourselves, but honestly the occasional elevator pup cameo made our day every time. The location was perfect—walkable to tons of great spots, and if we needed to go farther, it was about a 15-minute taxi ride in pretty much any direction. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which always makes a stay feel extra special. And bonus points for the little coffee shop inside the hotel—it was so delicious and quickly became part of our daily routine."
