"Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Beresford Hotel. My daughter and I shared a sea view twin room with ensuite. On arrival it looks quite run down and parking isnt great and is limited, however if you get a space they print a sign stating your name and reg number for £5 per night. This ensures you a parking space. We had an Assistance Dog and a retired Assistance Dog, who is now old and nothing was too much trouble and thevwere made to feel welcome, along with us. "The overall stay: The Reception Managers were Excellent especially helpful carrying our Heavy case to the third floor Attic room 23 overlooking a flat roof garden below. The Suite was excellent but the carpet needed to be replaced. The inclusive Breakfast was plentiful and served by happy Staff. Although there was not a lift my wife’s Mobility scooter was carried into reception and carried back to the front of the hotel for my wife to use during the day. "Absolutely fabulous stay at Jamaica Inn. Always wanted to stay there and it didn't disappoint. Beautiful rooms, tastefully decorated. Spotlessly clean. Had a dog (£15 extra) but the dog had a bed, a towel, dog bowls and a doggy welcome pack with dog toy, dog treats and bags. Really friendly staff. A great meal in the dog friendly bar area washed down with some local beer. "

"Cosy room, with top quality breakfast. Room was at the start of the corridor so it was noisy when other guests went past the door. But fortunately the other guests were in their rooms at a decent hour so my sleep was not disturbed. Would stay again"

"Only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again! The twin room was very nice, bathroom good and pretty quiet so a good night sleep. Bar and restaurant area very nice and the carvery was lovely and reasonably priced, staff helpful and polite. thank you "

"The location of this property is unbeatable. Close to the ocean and an easy walk to downtown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked the parking which had a cost but was very convenient. They need to do a bit of work on the place. There was some areas in the room that needed painting and plaster work. The shower and bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was very good. "

"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower Staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted. Padstow is walkable. We took the longer coastal route, 6 to 8 miles depending which path you take. Coming back, we took the shorter 2 mile-route across the fields. We stayed in Trevone for the evening to eat at the...
