Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Restaurant closed and full of rubbish bags, lobby smells like something has died, fire doors wedged open and many interior windows broken.

Hotel smells of weed and musky in different places.
Room not cleaned until requested and then not cleaned properly.
Broken window in room.

Very bad hotel, most of the things in the reception and lobby are broken. Carpets are really dirty, I mean this hotel and its room and carpets will redefine the meaning of unhygienic and filthy.
The rooms are so smelly. We had to request for change of room and second room was equally smelly and dirty.

The hotel was so disappointing, the veiw of the sea from the bedroom window made up for the intial shock of this delapidated exterior, interior and even a basic hostel would have had more to offer. Everything needs replacing and gutted. Our room was clean but had splashs of white paint over the most stained carpet ive ever seen! The walls had bern painted but with two different shades of grey halfway down, the bathroom was clean but only had half a shower screen attached. The bed......my side was fine but my husband had terrible aches in the morning, bedding was clean but i dare not check under the mattress protector! Oh and no Tv channels available but the kettle did work, would i stay again,.no, but when its been revamped then i surely will.

I booked for 3 nights and ended up checking out after the first night. It was a disaster from the time arrived. I had confirmation that I had a parking space reserved only to be told that there wasn’t one when I arrived. They told me check in was at 3pm. I went back at 3.30pm and they said my room wasn’t ready. I finally checked in at 3.50pm. My room was on the 3rd floor. The lift was out of service. I had to climb 3 floors with luggage and 2 young kids and not to mention I have a mobility issue. When we got the the room, there wasn’t any cooling facility, so we had to sleep with the windows open as it was 32 degrees heat. The window faced the main road so safe to say no one got any sleep. The blinds were broken so we slept in a bright room. The shower was cutting out mid shower, no soap/shower gel in the dispensers and there was no waste paper basket. They left two bin bags folded. I have complained to Expedia and I hope they will be refunding the 2 nights. Do not even bother! The photos on the website do not match the actually property.

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent hotel booking and to request a full refund. I have now checked out of the property due to extremely poor conditions that made it impossible for me to continue my stay. Upon arrival, I found that the room was not clean and did not meet basic hygiene standards. The carpet was visibly dirty, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable for accommodation that was advertised as suitable for guests. In addition, several essential facilities within the property were not functioning properly, including the lift, which was out of service. This created further inconvenience and raised concerns about the maintenance and safety of the property.
The condition of the hotel was not as described on the booking platform and did not match the images or expectations provided at the time of reservation. I believe this constitutes a clear case of misrepresentation of services. I immediately raised my concerns with the property staff; however, there was no effective response or effort made to resolve the issues or offer an alternative room in acceptable condition. Due to the lack of action and the unacceptable living conditions, I had no choice but to leave the property and discontinue my stay.
I would also like to highlight that this experience caused significant inconvenience and distress, as I had already made travel arrangements expecting a safe and clean environment. I have photo and video evidence documenting
