"The room used to be good but it’s very dirty now. Hair and dust are everywhere which can be easily wiped but yet not. So don’t expect it’s clean for other things such as bedsheet and curtain. Asked for receipt, staff said they will email but as of now didn’t receive any. When I called them back, they asked me to wait for it. It’s been a week already. "

"Staying at the hotel starts with a problem during check-in. It took more than half an hour and coincidentally at that time there were also many people who wanted to check in. So had to wait. It should be fast because the booking has been made online. The hotel is comfortable, clean, has a beautiful view facing the drawbridge which is a landmark and one of the main attractions to Kuala Terengganu. Breakfast has a lot of choices but unfortunately it is not tasty. Cakes, rice, mee and others look...

"Not too soundproof room and not that spacious but it's enough for us. My advice, bring your own iron and if you need a fridge, let the staff know since not all room has it, u may opt to change room. Overall we are satisfied with everything for the price offered. both rooms are clean, neat & comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff. Free parking available and strategic location. Glad we chose RAC, will definitely come back. Thank you and keep up the good work!"

"Permandangan pantai yang sangat cantik dengan kawasan pantai yang bersih. Kolam yang sangat luas sesuai untuk semua. Sarapan pagi yang ok. Cuma sudah tiba masa untuk upgradekan keadaan bilik-bilik yang kelihatan sudah lama. Bilik bersih tapi perlu diberi sentuhan baru."

"This backpacker hostel is truly fantastic! The hostess is extremely friendly, and the overall cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, is excellent. I just want to mention that there's a bar nearby that stays open late into the night. You might hear loud music playing from around 10 PM to 12 AM."

"No pool towels, no microwave, no stove, no toilet roll for one bathroom Gym was locked kids play room locked One key for the whole 3 room apartment- so if one member needs to swim the others in the room have no TC a/c or electricity"
